How can cards tell the future or in fact anything?

Question

My friend and I had a tarot reading last week and although we used the same cards how can the result be so different ?If we swapped readings they would have not meant anything to either of us but they were both relevent to our situation.I was determined not to let her have any information but i was amazed at how many things she got right even things that would not apply for someone of my age.

Assimulaton is the key to tarot readings, usually with trust, especially at first, the power of suggestion is just that. Tarot cards are even ordinary playing cards are used as a focus, for the reader, and not actually read in any depth as to their meanings. It is the person doing the reading that counts

With Tarot Reading Black can also mean white, Death Life, Good Bad so there are always two ways to view each card, basically you are supposed to find the relevance yourself.

i have been 2 at least 20 palmist asto numerologist face readers feet readers ...all say i am going to b a millionaire and you know i am nearly broke.....so get up do what u gotado and do it u self forget these damm people or else they r going 2 confuse u like hell

i like to believe the can tell us somethings ..... but you do have to be care full of the facial expressions you use. me and my sister went for a reading last month ... my sisters was spot on about her moving and her job ... but for some reason she picked up my mums reading through me .
