Give yourself a treat and pamper yourself....you know, hair, nails ,toes etc and wait till your period has come and gone and see how you feel then.
Good Luck!!

It is perfectly natural for any woman, whatever her size to 'feel fat', especially the few days before her period. It's usually caused by hormonal changes where the woman is far more sensitive, coupled with pre-menstrual water retention. It's made worse by the contraceptive pill in some women, and some women go up a whole dress size because of it!
You needn't worry about your figure if you are happy and healthy the way you are. If a doctor suggests you shift a few pounds, then you can try, but don't overdo it.
Carry on living your healthy lifestyle, and don't worry about your weight so much.

I'm 5'6" and 10.5 stone. I know how ya feel. Just try to wear clothes you know you look good in no matter what! Maybe put on a little extra makeup today, or get a manicure, some highlights, wear a big fake diamond ring....anything to make yourself look better, and youll feel better too! Also try to lay off chips or anything which will make you feel bloated. Drink some green tea, take vitamin c, all these are energy boosters and make you feel good about yourself! You'll be fine. I'm heavier than you! Just think of all the people out there who really have a condition. Goood luck!

Your height 5' 5" and weight 126 pounds.
If you are over 19 years of age your BMI is 21, indicating your weight is within the normal range for adults of your height.
Moderation IN everything you do/eat........ is the key to life.
You may feel "blobbing" but as it is your time of month this can cause water retention.
You are normal not a freak like the "super" models.
Be proud of how you are.

It's probably a dietry issue? Are you on some kind of diet (to loose weight) whilst going to the gym? If so, you need to change this mindset and eat a normal and healthy, balanced diet (moderation). If you drink alcohol in fads or each evening, try cutting down.
DRINK LOADS AND LOADS OF WATER!!

I know the feeling but let me assure you, you aren't, you're just hormonal. wear something that you feel comfortable in, sod what everyone else thinks.
at 5'5 and 9st no way you're really blobbing out, its the evil, evil, nasty hormones beating you up. trust me i'm 5'3 and 10st13. you certainly have nothing to worry about!
get yourself some comfort foods, mash potatoes and gravy or whatever your fave is and hibernate until the feeling goes away!
