I am having bad PMS problems too. It's a serious condition and can't really affect if not ruin your life. Agnus Castus can work (it didn't for me but did for a friend). You have to take it everyday for about 3 months and should start working between 1 & 3 months. Otherwise contraception pill can work or Oestrogen patch to regulate hormones.
