Defenitely car....
The only reason most people have accidents when jumping of car is that their "landing" target is differnt from where they will actually land (since the car is moving), hence it makes their brain confused and thus they fall down....so when jumping out off a moving vehicle, just simply close your eyes....
As for the building,, you will surely die or have a broken bone because of the great amount of force that will "forced" upon you when you hit the ground...Basically to know the amount of force, the equation is Force = Mass x Distance

well i guess da car but it depands if ur like next 2 other cars
u may get badly injured but less of a chance of getting killed unless 4 some reasone a person quickly puts a trampolien be4 u jump off

if i had to and i wanted to have any chance of survival i would say out of a car.. if i was trying to kill myself i'd say jump off a building. this is a really weird question.

you again, I think both would kill you, I will jump out of the 15 story building, into a 20 foot deep pool maybe, but both of these would kill a person otherwise

the building if i have a super large cushion below to break my fall, if not i rather jump out a car
