Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU) is the largest open university of India...in fact the leading distance education imparter.

You can select
Ambedkar open university (3 years)
IGNOU
Pondicherry university(2 yrs),
Symboisis university (2 yrs),
Osmania and JNTU ( Evening college, 2 yrs)
Annamalai, Maduraikamaraj university or local universities but these r not preferred ones.

there are lots and lots of distant courses available. I guess even good colleges like XLRI and NM have them. Ignou is also an option. But i would suggest you go for satellite courses. they are very beneficial for career.
