yes definately u will have dashan. If u r visiting the temple I think time doesnt matter much since u have faith in him. Generally it will take minumum of 3-4 hrs. and may increase to 6 hrs during weekends. If ur planning form a city where there is a TTD office go there they will give u a token based on ur travel plan. For this all elder people need to go to the office since u have to give the thumb impression at the counter. Since Diwali is falling on saturday, the rush may be high. Otherwise this is also possible that since it is a festival most of them may celebrate at their homes and Dushera has just passed, the rush may not be that much but normal rush ie 4-5 hrs min. Prepare for that. Have a nice and comfortable DARSHAN.

Face is the index of the mind - goes a saying - showing a happy face means a lot, especially during festive occasions. Good Grooming helps a lot in this. How can Diwali be an exception. For Men: 1. Have a hair cut/ trimming session + Facial with your beautician when its around a week for Diwali 2. Men should have their facial hairs removed. 3. Having an Oil Bath is essential, But on the festive day, make it ceremonial. Have a thorough Oil Bath/ Massage/ Spa 2 days prior to Diwali 4. Choose Traditional wear 5. While bursting crackers-opt for comfortable wear - cottons / denims which are shorter (Shorts / half/ sleevless tops prefarable) and wont catch fire easily. That will make it safer and easier for you and will also avoid your traditional wear becoming dirty 6. Choose the right accesories 7. Last of all, Always Wear a smile.

Yes you can do darshan within 24 hours
You need extra money to do this easily.
Search any Khakhi person (police man) there .He may or may not on duty. Offer him Rs 1500/- or more as per the situation.
Rest is GOD's will

Yes. On Diwali day there will not be rush and you can easily have darshan. I used to go on diwali day only till 2 years back. We used to book for seve online at . but the e-booking of seva of the site is not active now and it is under construction. Please visit and you will have darshan.

You know one thing no one visiting tirupathi come back without dharshan and Lord Venkateswara won't send them back without seen them.
