First off, you all voted for him to begin with! Second, just because all of these foreign countries love to "Bush Bash," doesn't mean you have to jump on the bandwagon. I've seen people who didn't know a crap about politics bash him just because everyone else does. Also, he's doing fine. Of course he makes mistakes. Doesn't everyone. Do you *really* think you'd do a better job as president?

Bush is the most powerful and popular man in the world. Thus, many people want to make him look like stupid. There is freedom of expression but often misused and violated.

Everyone Keeps bashing Bush because we're mad at hell at what he's doing to our country. We didn't vote for him, less than 1/5 of the nation voted for him in the last election. He didn't even win the popular vote when he enterred office. We're not jumping on the bandwagon. America Hated George W Bush back when only Terrorist thought it was cool, look at his Approval ratings, when did they ever top 50% after he began his war in the Middle East? It doesn't take a genious to be unhappy about political scandal, botched disaster relief, an internationional policy that will prevent our allready crippled economy from healing and a War that most Americans are screaming for him to stop. Bush made a mistake and Terrorists attacked on US soil, then he made another and we are fighting a war with against a Country that did litlte more than mouth off to us. The biggest mistake our last president made was getting a little on the side. I could make jokes about how a trained monkey would do a better job but realistically I know I'm overconfident in assuming I could be a good president, hence why I didn't run for office. However I could easilly do as good a job as Bush is doing, most people with a High School education and no mental illness could, and that alone is a harsh criticism against our President.

point 1. When you speak about bush bashing globally, understand the socialists in europe loved clinton because he was a socailist who buttered them with niceties, then came bush who was a hardcore homeland take care of the USA first president AND THAT was not accetable to Europe. The world beleives that the USA president in some ways is the world president and even though other countries cant vote they contend that there opinion should matter on who is elected.
point 2. At home the war on terror is easy to pick at and complain. It is a very difficult situation and time we live in where battlefields are worldwide and the enimy does not wear a uniform and caries wepons under there clothes firing at anyone. How do you fight this? So you get as many oppinions as people.
point 3. People always like to pick a winner and most people are sheep which means the more that go that way the more others follow because they are either too lazy or too stupid to make up their own minds and research and think about what they stand for.
point 4. The USA won the last great war WWII we are the world dominant superpower above all others like it or not it is so. As such we are also the world police. Nobody likes to be or feel they are being controled and this makes for an easy target to point the finger at and tell all your woes and give all the blame. As the president of the USA you are the figurehead who gets singled out as the one to take responsability. such is the position and such is life.

Being President means doing a hard and difficult job, with that you are right. But:
-who voted for him? For his first term he had not the majority of the people, only a majority of electors, and I still am not sure whether his brother as governor of the deciding state of Florida didn't somehow "help" to win that election with illegal tricks. Furthermore Bush hadn't won any election without the help of the anti-abortion-lobby.
- With the "Patriot Act", which many parlamentarians passed without reading it, Bush sort of enslaves America. That deserves bashing, because it violates the constitution.
-His aggressions against Afghanistan and Iraq were founded either on lies or on false information. Whichever it was, both ar bad for a president.

Remember that everyone bashed Clinton, the 1st Bush, Reagan, Carter, Ford, etc.

There is an old adage....the President gets all the credit when things go right and all the blame when things go wrong.

Although there does seem to be an extreme amount o President Bush bashing....and threats aimed at him by the anonymous cowards on the net.

Wow! How nice to be able to talk about what he's done rather than hear about what he hasn't done! I don't stay tuned to the news every day, I don't need to. The 5th anniversary of 9/11 just passed and proved once again why we have relatives of all types (son's, daughters, cousins, etc.) fighting the war against terrorism. It was so sad to see the footage again. I hope that it reminded alot of people that question Bush where he stands. Without this war on terrorism we would have been hit again - and we don't know where! So I think all the people in California, etc. - All the Bush haters should thank their lucky stars that Bush had our protection in place. The lady with the baby bottle could have wiped out your little comfy city along with 200 innocent people on the plane. And that was just ONE of them planned! These people want to see America go down in flames! Do you??? You're President is protecting you and using the resources neccesary to do so. It may not be great, but it could be way worse! Our computers still work, obviously, we still go to work each day because we are free.

First off, I did NOT vote for Bush.
Secondly, did you notice how hard he pushed the CHRISITANITY story to lull people to trust him? Granted , he makes mistakes, we all do BUT if you have ever paid ANY attention to him when he speaks, he really doesn't have a clue as to what he's talking about .
I think there is very little hope for ANYONE being president and getting us out of this mess we are in but to be sure there will need to be someone who has a clue and doesn't use his "power" and "cronies" to do his dirty work.

first of all I did not vote for bush. And the reason people bash him so much is because he is by far the worst president in American history

Sorry Sir, far less than 50% of the American population voted for Bush and he won only by your famous High Court decision. Actually most people do not hate that man (?) just his politics and the way he hides the 3000 plus body bags. Sure i think i would make a better job of it, as blind Freddy would do too.

I can't say they all bash him just because everyone is doing it just about 80% the rest actually listen to the hysteric rantings of the leaders of the now far left democratic party and take their words as gospel without checking out the facts for themselves. What has happened to a once semi-honest party that usd to be for the little guy or so they said. The leaders of the democratic party almost make me ashamed that I ever voted for any of them. They clearly think the regaining of their power in washington is far more important then the security of our nation. Hey that would make a good bumper sticker or campaign slogan.......VOTE DEMOCRAT WE ARE HARD ON BUSH BUT SOFT ON TERRORISM

I never voted for Bush, just as I never voted for Kerry, neither are fit for presidency. Yeah, everybody makes mistakes, but Bush royally reamed our ecconomy. He has put our country at bigger risk than even his father. Sure Clinton's sexual conduct was unacceptable, but at least he kept us out of debt, out of a huge war, and he kept his personal life to himself, he didn't attack a country because it's leaders abused and betrayed his father's help. Bush had no right to do that, and Bush needs to listen to the people before making such brash decisions, this isn't Texas you know.
