I think theyre called remoras or maybe pilot fish?

The ones that have the suction discs on their heads are remoras. They don't eat anything off the larger animals but get scraps from what that animal has eaten.
There are cleaner fish - wrasses and some others - that clean parasites and dead skin off other fish.

Well their are fish that are parasites. They eat not suck.
