I don't see Roger Waters masterpieces advertised on pinkfloyd.com or .co.uk, then why Gilmour's stupid album is there! He knows he'd fail without the Pink Floyd effect? He's a failure anyway. I don't know why the judge allowed him to use the name of Pink Floyd. Roger Waters was a gentelman since the start and when he went solo, he used his own name because he feels that Pink Floyd should be all of them together. Pathetic Gilmour is a different story.

Ehh, good question. I like Gilmour more than Roger, but I do agree that Gilmour's lyric writing sucked. Much better for mindless listening!
Gilmour had rights to the Floyd name (as you know) and Roger had rights to the music. If Gilmour spits out On an Island and wants to advertise it on the Pink Floyd site, he has every right to. Not to mention, the band didn't leave Roger, Roger left the band.
And kicked Rick out before he left.
Roger's such a prick sometimes!
