I don't know what you mean by resemble, but...
To convert from Centigrade to Fahrenheit use the following calculation:

* F = (Temperature Centigrade x 9/5) + 32

Need to reverse the process?
* C = (Temperature Fahrenheit - 32) * 5/9

so as you can see not a very intuitive formula and not much resemblance :-)

General knowledge? I guess it's 44 degrees acc. 2 my GK.

I'll say 28=82. 28ºC is equivalent to 82ºF.
