yes, in 2002 an old woman died who had lived in the same house as I was living. She was 88 and had built that house with her husband, and all she wanted was to die in that house.
She had told me that one Monday when we met outside, and the very next day I watched some men (hired by her own son) to drag her out into an ambulance and bring her to a nursery home. She faught with all she had, but those men were bigger and stronger, so she had no chance really. I was terrified about that. We all knew she was not well and it would not take long anymore for her to pass, so why not leave her in her house? He could have hired somebody to tak care for her? (I would have done it)

Anyway, after about 6 weeks we heard she had died in that nursery home, and about 3 days later she was back in our (her) house. No, I could not see her physically like I saw her when she was alive, but I saw the light breaking in a wrong way. (I am not certain how to say this in english) When you see a person or a thing and light falls upon the person or thing, the light will go around it and break in a certain way, and there will be a shadow, according to where the light is coming from. Now, imagine all that without the person being there. That is what I saw from then on.

In the meantime I had rented her former appartment (in addition to my former appartment, so I had more space), and these things happened in her part of the house. It used to be her living room, her kitchen, her bathroom etc. where these things happened. It was not scary at all, just weird, because unusual. She played pranks on us, like throwing down pens out of our hands when we tried to write something on paper. Or she opened the garage doors at night. At first, I thougt someone had forgotten to close the garage doors, and when I asked the neighbour, he said, "No, I thought it was YOU who forgot that". I said no, absolutely not. We didn't think further, but the next morning the garage door was open again. When the neighbour and I spoke, he said, "I am sure I did lock it last night, and definately I will lock it again". But the next morning, again the door was wide open.
Well, nobody was harmed, nothing was stolen or damaged, so it was just a prank.

And another neighbour told me a while later that her two dogs had been freaking out with nobody there, just like a burglar would have been there, but there was nobody. She had experienced another ghost years before that in another house elsewhere, so she said she thought it might have been Henny (the old woman who had died). We could not think of any other explanation. Henny was closer to her than to me, so it made perfectly sense that she would go and look for her (the other neighbour).

Yes, I used to live in a very old house, and would get that "hair standing up on the back of your neck feeling" many times. Many times I would feel as though I was being watched when I would be the only one home! We would have wierd stuff like forks and keys disappear and reappear in odd places. My cats would chase and play with something we couldn't see, and my dog used to growl at the hallway but there was nothing there. I never saw a ghost myself-but I think this experience falls into that catogory!

Yes, just the other day actually. I was walking to work & I was about to cross an intersection when I felt someone grab my shirt & pull me back. As I stepped back onto the footpath, I turned around & there was no one there. A second later a bus came screaming round the corner right where I would have been. True story!

When i was younger, i lived in a three bedroomed house, and the smallest room was mine. One night i tried shouting my mum but she didn't come, so i shouted again... i could tell i was shouting loudly, but i knew nobody could hear me. As stupid as it sounds, these three ghosts would come and visit me because they COULD hear me.

I was scared the first time this happened, but after that it became a nightly thing and i'd tell them about my day and stuff. They were really kind and would talk to me for hours. I was only about three at this time i think.

This is where it gets frightening... i moved out of that room and into a bigger room when i was about six. When i tried the same procedure to get my ghostly friends to come it didn't work... instead the room would go darker than dark and i'd feel the most horrifically evil thing in the room. It's making my skin crawl just typing about it. As soon as i caused pain to myself it would go away though, so i had to bite myself to get rid of it.

When i moved back into my little room i called the ghosts as normal but when i asked about the evil thing they would go away and not tell me about anything.

One night they didn't come back, and the day after we moved away to a different town.

Oh, and as made-up as that may sound, i could swear on my own life that that's what happened.

Yes, many times. My first experience with a ghost was a real eye opener. It was 1972 and I was newly married to my first wife and I woke up one night with a feeling someone was watching me and I saw this old man at the foot of my bed staring at me. I was shocked and scared and shot straight up and started yelling at him to get out of my house, and he pointed his finger at me and said"No you get out of my house" then he disappeared and I knew I was either crazy or I had just been visited by a ghost.
I was telling my neighbor who I went to high school with about my experience and he asked me to describe the ghost and then said I had just described the old man who died in that house several months back.

This isn't a ghost story but i will share it anyway, my parents and i lived next to this women and her daughter was a Satan worshiper.
Well one night my mother and i went to spend the night at her mother's. My dad stayed home by his self.
Our neighbor's were gone that night he said he heard the most awful noise in their house that night like someone trying to move a washing machine. heavy breathing when he went to check to fined out what it was no one was there.
Then one night my dad was asleep he saw something in his window he said it looked like a demon, he said it had pointed ear's and wearing a vest like piece of clothing. He ask him wear he come from he spoke and said he came through the window.
Then he left.
The last one when i was a little girl i would always sleep with my mother. Every night when we would go to sleep my mother would see a little girl standing in the doorway.
This would happened every night my mom would even try to close the door on her.
Never could figure out what these thing's were

In 1993, I cooked in a private nursing home for women.
While I was there several of the women died, one of them would come to the kitchen every morning have coffee & chat with me while I cooked breakfast.
6 months after I began working there she passed in the night, unknowen to me. The very next morning there she was, only she didn't get coffee, I asked her if she wasn't feeling well, she responded, no dear I'm not well today. Turning around to flip the eggs, I asked her how she would like her eggs, no responce.
With a sinking feeling, I looked over my sholder, to see she was gone, another one of the women came into the kitchen crying & saying Galdis had passed...
Confused I went into Gadis room & sure enough she was gone.
