Herbs: Borage oil (Borago officinalis); Sheperd's purse, Mistletoe, Garlic.
Vitamins: Calcium, Potassium, Vit. C.
Other sources: Low salt diet, Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), Q10, Amino-acids: GABA, Taurine, and Tryptophan.

In tests with animals Borage oil has lowered blood pressure effectively in a control group within 3-6 weeks. Sheperd's purse and Mistletoe are good in equalizing the blood pressure.
Any treatment can only follow a thorough check-up to exclude other causes.
Arnica is only used for High blood pressure.

Hi there,
depending on your blood pressure. Average blood pressure is 120/80mmHg.
If your BP is slightly higher, it is good to follow some of the advice by the rest of the participants. However, if it is around 140/90mmHg and above, I would strongly suggest you to seek a doctor's advice. Sometimes it is necessary to take medication. I am an Occupational Therapist and have seen many patients either not taking medication or halving their medication and coming on for medical problems (commonest is stroke).
Hope this helps you and have a good day!

Try homeopathy if there's a good practitioner in your area. They take a very thorough case; you'll spend at least an hour at your first appointment because they have to individualize the prescription. There are at least 2000 remedies to choose from so best not to try this yourself, although Arnica in 3x potency or so will temporarily lower blood pressure for most people.
