Start taking Notes during Class hours

Put the notes and make it in to a simpler forms so that you can develop the whole content.

Keep seeing the notes regularly

The whole book can be placed in to a single page of Hints and try to improve the Hint development techniques.

Memory supplements can be expensive and their effects are subjective. Let me tell you about some I take. I use Gingko Biloba, 120mg/day and I do feel it helps, but I'm an older man and our situations may not be comparable. I also use Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 1000 mg/day and Sam-e, 400 mg/day. Take the last two on an empty stomach. Look them up for more info.

The first person who answered had some good study tips. Maybe that alone will work.

It is not the quantity but the quality of time that you spend on studies is vital.Organise your time better be systematic and punctual and stick to your schedule i think you should make it because it is important to take the first step that you have already done then a little bit of effort plus divine help plus your will to succeed should help you sail through .wishing you success in your efforts.

it is a fact that blueberrys and walnuts boots memory...so eat some of those while you study : )
