What could it mean when a period has been off for a week and a half and came on again when it wasnt suppose to come on, and having the morning sickness for one whole day.

Your stressed your body is changing, you tried a new form of birth control, morning sickness could have been something you ate, a little virus that you caught. you can try a test to see or go to the doctors to find out anything.

It could be either hormonal imbalance , and you need to get regulated on cycloprogynova for e.g
Or you could have been stressed out , it disturbes the cycle
Or you could have been pregnant and this is a threatened abortion.
You should go have a blood pregnany test and if negative wait for the next cycle if it is normal then nothing to do , if it happens again then regulate
if you are positive then have an ultrasound to know what is wrong then medicate.

miscarriages dont' usually happen that fast......bleeding during pregnancy can........if you've recently switched birth control methods there seem to be a lot of them with irregular bleeding issues. Did the second time you started bleeding happen after sex? I was on pills once that messed me up, I wasn't having a normal period but then I was having break through bleeding. This was after I had my son, I am blessed with pregnancies without morning sickness......I feel all the regular symptoms of pregnancy with PMS and none of the symptoms when I actually am. Call your doctor and tell them you are having unusual bleeding, you might be in danger of hemorraging or could have an ectopic pregnancy.

Or maybe you just had a bug that made you sick...

well this has happened to me before, if you are not on the pill your hormones are much crazier and your body is more unpredictable. it can happen just because us women are just soooo lucky with these things, or it could be pregnancy, or it could all be in your head (ive done that to myself enough times lol)
