drink atleast 10 glasses of water a day but avoid 1/2 hr after meals keep1/4th of ur tummy empty during meals

I'm sure you're concerned about your weight for health reasons too so I don't want to assume you aren't, but I'm guessing you have a good idea of how you got to be overweight. The best thing you can do, because its only been three years and your body can actually revert back to its old metabolism and shape, is try to reverse whatever you've done in the last three years. If some big change in your life put you in a depression and you were ''comfort eating'' or if you were temporarily immobilized by injury or whatever happened that led to this sudden weight gain, you will be much better off physically and emotionally once you get back to your former self. It is possible, there are plenty of places to turn to for help if you need it. Whatever you do, do it for you because you deserve it. Good luck.

I think if you went from 3 meals a day to 5 small portions a day you would feel the difference in 2 weeks, but u must be dedicated.Replace your red meats with fish,and cut out saturated fats.

Try to find clothes that flatter your figure. Don't try to fit into sizes that are too small. Start exercising--you'll feel better about your situation, if you're doing something about it. Remind yourself about other areas where you can feel confident.

3.avoid heavy carbohydrade (foods like rice)and oily food(fried items)
4.take raw veggies
