Just about anyone over the age of 12 in showbiz HAS to be talented just in order to be in the movies and such.
Not saying that one has to like their talent or agree with it... but it is there.
Personally though... Tom Green is meant for people that can not find France on a globe.

Evidentially, judging by the response you've received to your question, he's got a great talent for getting people excited.
Using the mind as he does to bring about such emotion to so many is defiantly a talent.
So yes he has talent. (but Not acting talent)

I think he's hilarious, I have a lot of respect for him for facing his prostate cancer so straight forward. Sure it's kinda digusting that he made a documentary on it, but who else do you know would do that. One of those "only Tom Green" kinda of thing.
