That happens pretty often actually.In the process of proving theories and stuff,conjecture is made so you wouldn't even know whether you are right or wrong till the end.it cannot be assumed that you right in your guess.
one needs to question his own answers to learn and progress but not unnecessarily.i mean it is stupid to question whether 1+2=3 which is absolutely correct.
normally,i will question my answers on certain issues and concepts which do not have definite answers.

sometimes i do. when i answer in a hurry.
but it seems that some of us don't even read careffuly the questions.
