The best city in the world can only be the one you live in, but it takes work from everyone in the city to do it!

Newsweek gave the best 10 cities in the world as London, Moscow, Toulouse, Munich, Las Vegas, Goyang, Ghaziabad, Florionapolis and Fukuoka.
The list includes only two major capitals—Moscow and London, which continue to outpace smaller rivals for unique national reasons. All the rest are aspiring middleweights like Toulouse, Munich and Las Vegas, or former unknowns like Florianópolis (Brazil), Ghaziabad (India), Goyang (South Korea) and Fukuoka (Japan), which may not remain unknown for much longer. Boomtowns breed ambitious city fathers, so it's hardly surprising that Toulouse is competing with Paris to host the 2016 Summer Olympics, or that Fukuoka is challenging Tokyo for the same honor.

I heard Confucious say that if a person doesn't like the people in an area then he/she should move somewhere else where it's nice. I'd have to say, oh gosh I can't say it, the city with the lowest humidity, it feels really nice but makes one feel kinda weird too.

Because you say : " THE BEST CITY " !!! The best city in what ?
Beauty, history, citizen's safety , tax rates , .....etc .....etc ....???
1- Beauty wise : I would choose Paris
2- History wise : I would choose Egypt
3- Living - comfortably wise : I would choose Dubai
4- Excitement wise : I would choose California
5- Income wise : I would choose Kuwait city
That is what " BEST CITY " means to me in 5 examples !!
