Stop worrying about the books and films. That's just added pressure. Relax and concentrate on each other.

People pay to see what is taught to be "the way it should be". Dont even think that it is near real life. It will put so much pressure on you and your spouse that you will never enjoy sex again. Just relax, if you both are happy and content then why worry about what people who are not in love do on TV? All my life I never worried what others thought but how I felt. I have been together with my wife 25 years this next Feb. and we're both still very happy!

It takes awhile in some relationships to get both people there at the same time - and even then it can be hard! Maybe get to know how to get your partner right to the breaking point, and vice versa....then go from there. It takes time and practice - so have fun and dont stress out about it, it'll happen.

Nothing is wrong there. Each of us go at a different pace. Generally I'll have four or five before my man has his and we hardly ever do it at the same time.

you dont know how to pace yourself. try some excersizes, then when you are a master of yourself, you can time it better.
