monica and chandler's birth mother is in the hospital in labour, they find out she's actually having twins, but only as the babies are coming out because the mother is a bit air-headed and didn't understand what everyone meant at the ultrasound by 'both hearts are fine' - chandler freaks out but monica calms him down, they name them...oh i forget the birth mother's name now, but they name the girl after her, and the boy jack, after monica's dad i believe?
rachel says sleeping with ross was a great way to say goodbye, so he lets her leave for the plane to france - phoebe convinces him he should tell her how he feels though, so she drives him to the airport, but it turns out they went to the wrong airport, and by the time they get to the right one, she's already boarded the plane. phoebe calls her on her mobile and starts saying she has a bad feeling about the flight, and other passengers hear rachel saying there's nothing wrong, they get freaked out and everyone gets off the plane, so ross has a chance to tell rachel how he feels, but she says she can't do this right now, and gets on the plane.
he goes home, there's a message on his answer phone from her saying she was just so stunned and overwhelmed, she didn't know what to say, but then she realises she loves him and says she has to get off the plane, the message cuts off, he's screaming 'did she get off the plane!?' and suddenly she's there in his doorway, they embrace and kiss.
everyone's at monica's apartment, they all have to turn in their copy of the key, and they leave, then it ends with lots of shots of NY over the theme.

Rachel decides she loves Ross and does not end up getting on the plane to Europe.
Monica's and Chandler's surrogate ends up having twins.
Joey gives Chandler a chick and a duck as a going away present(deja vu).
All the friends say goodbye to the apartment and go have coffee in the end.

Racheal and Ross get together for good
Monica and Chandler get twins
and everybody signs Hollywood deals and move to the French Riviera where they have been partying ever since with all the world's most famous people (except for Brad and Angelina) and are thinking seriously of taking over the world !!!

All of the above- well almost- and then after they all turn in their keys, maybe before, one of the guys says "has this apartment always been purple?"- referring to the wall color. I loved that. Broke the sadness. It must have been Joey.
