even though liberals are ignorant of this fact, but there are in fact lots of scholars and scientists and journalists more knowledgeable than liberals.

the dems are the party that squandered, by thier never ending hatred of gwb, and with thier willing accomplices in the liberal press. Africa hated us since slavery, asia hated us since the railroads were built upon the backs of chinese imigrants, mohammed just hates us since it's inception.. the world danced in the streest on 9/11, the u.n. takes our money then uses its power and influence to undermine our good intentions as much as they can. God gave us a chance at perpetual greatness , but the aclu (anti christ's legal unit) and other demon possessed lunatics inside our own borders squandered it,,, and Christians have not yet done anything... If we went to murdering lawyers, hanging politicians who spew sedition, glazing over iran and syria, and nuking mecca (like the muslims are doing) would the world cower and apologize to us for thier many offenses against us?

The Vietnam War reduced the prestige of the United States internationally, not just in Africa. How does one exactly determine that "most of the Asian and Arab world" is celebrating. What sort of research or data or collective reportage can give us this kind of information? As far as not "giving a damn," we could only cite their non-involvement as evidence. But the United States stayed out of World War Two until the very day that it was directly attacked by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor. That was over two full years after war had broken out in Europe. I don't remember anyone ever calling American non-involvement in the war in Europe as not "giving a damn." If we were ever hypocritical, what evidence would be needed to support the claim?
By the way, what you are calling "liberal" is actually now quite a mainstream opinion. But then, scholars and scientists and journalists are those awful people too, aren't they? So they can't be trusted as mainstream.

Read your postings aloud. When you get to the word "liberal", substitute the word "****er" (second "g" masked to keep Yahoo from striking the entire word).

That'll give you a rough idea of what you sound like to other people.

Pathetic incoherence is the natural result of trying to divert attention away from the truth. Nevetheless, I'm patient with slow people, and understand that repetition is the key to success.

Therefore, Sockpants, try it again: read your own postings aloud, and substitute the word "ni**er" for "liberal". Oh, and since you seem to want to invoke Nazis for some reason, add a German accent.

If that doesn't cure your bias, there's no hope for you. I, on the other hand, prefer to be fair and balanced, and will stay that way.

I disagree. Many in the Arab world did not approve of the terrorist attacks on the US and they were shocked and upset. We had the support of our allies when we were attacked. Many countries came to our aide. Many Arab citizens were also killed at the World Trade Center.

I think we let ourselves get distracted in our quest to stop the terrorists. Saddam was a bad guy (among a number of other equally bad guys)....and we let him distract us from what should have been our focus.

Hindsight is 20-20 though.....

Holding an entire group of people responsible for what a few say is ridiculous. You may miss the chance of meeting a variety of interesting people when you judge an entire group and assume they are dumb. I am not a liberal. I know a few who are very decent people.
