Sperms has a tail to make it move up to the entrance of the cervix while ovums has a sillia to move out from the ovary.Tails and sillias are common stuffs that most bacterias had.One thing for sure,WE are not bacterias.Any ideas?

Actually...they are not a form of a bacteria, but more so your body does not recognize the entities and treats them as bacteria, trying to rid your body of them with white blood cells. This is also some reasons why some women miscarry. If the sperm makes it to an egg and fertilizes, it then travels through the fellopian tubes to your uterus. Where it is only safe once it is implanted in your uterin wall.

I have heard an argument from a biologist named Lynn Margulis who states that sperm are descended from a type of bacteria called spirochetes.

All living creatures are made from the same building blocks, so
this does not mean that were are bacteria.

bacteria are single cell creations, i have never heard of sperm and definetly not the ovum being considered a bacteria.
