I definetly like the Kill Bill's, but you've already seen them. How about Patton, True Lies, A Few Good Men. How about the original The Thing, the black and white one. It's one of my favorites. Then again, you could rent some old Three Stooges.

OldBoy by Chan-wook Park or Odishon by Takashi Miike would be exactly in your wheelhouse. Give a look at the back of the boxes and see if either of these appeal to you.

Not sure about the others but in the guy ritchie vein. U might have already seen it but layer cake is just as good as snatch and lock stock. Gangsta no 1 is good as well. a good australian gangster type film is two hands, bit dark but is funny.

Crash. It's really good. I copied what it is about for you to read.

Crash, starring Matt Dillon, is up for Best Film.

Dir: Paul Haggis

Starring: Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Don Cheadle, Matt Dillon, Jennifer Esposito, Brendan Fraser, Terrence Howard, Thandie Newton, Michael Pena, Ryan Phillippe, Larenz Tate

Employing a tightly woven, multi-layered narrative, Crash draws parallels between characters of different faiths, backgrounds and classes who find themselves trapped in the multi-cultural melting pot of contemporary Los Angeles.

Writer-director Paul Haggis, who penned the screenplay for Million Dollar Baby, and co-writer Robert Moresco draw us inexorably into the shared (mis)fortunes of their vast array of characters, including two cops (Matt Dillon, Ryan Phillippe), an African-American film director (Terrence Dashon), a media savvy district attorney (Brendan Fraser) and a pair of car-jackers (Larenz Tate, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges).

Comedy, tragedy and romance collide with surprising and moving results, interspersed with breathtaking set pieces, including the rescue of a stricken driver from an overturned car.

The plot deviates in the blink of an eye along unexpected tangents, taking our breath away with each hairpin twist. It's hard to fault Crash at all - the perfect collision of tour-de-force direction, writing and performance.

V for Vendetta - very good. Or how about a japanese animation movie? I recently watched Spirited Away - about a girl who enters a whole new world. It was actually pretty good to say the least.

Try Goodfellas, Casino, Scarface. The progenitors for all Tarantino films in my opinion.
