thanks for your answers. i'm Malawian, the rapes and canibalism is new to me. of course to some of you its everyday news, but its scarying the crap out of me! but my once peaceful world has turned. now instead of fighting poverty we are wasting money jailing perverts and murders and we cant even protect our children.

My friend, The age old saying is still true. it takes Long , long time to build anything and ...... a few minutes to bring them all down!. That is what we are witnessing all over the world.Your country is no exception. take heart.
There is no point in getting paralised or frozen in actions and thoughts.In such situations only nature throws up a few outstanding courageous people. a martin Luther King, a Gandhi, ... many such people. Why , even average people like you and me become motivated to do something, however small that could be.
Donot give up hope. Do what little you can.......teach, Feed , assist medically.....write letters to the authorities. It is long process to buid again. But it will rise.Patience

This seems to be a hard life to have to endure. I seen many of the people in other countries keeping to themselves. Finding ways to connect with others that have the same feelings. Making sure to take care of your self and your family. In the end they are the ones that will be there for you
