this has been happening to me every once in a while. i will be dreaming, yet i will not be a participant. i will be an observer of things going on. the people in the dream dont seem to notice me there. its a very odd thing. sometimes i get the feeling that the dream is some sort of foretelling. i usually remember my dreams, yet these seem to be blocked from my memory. any thoughts?

You may be having messages from the spirit world in your dreams. Astral travelling ? When we sleep, our brain is at rest but our own spirit travels through the universe. You are right, your dreams could be foretelling and the fact that these dreams are blocked from your merory is because you are not ready to understand the true meaning of what you received. You are probably psychic and your ESP is letting you know that you could get in touch with the spirit world if you really wanted to. You could develop your gift through spiritual development classes. That happens to me sometimes too. It's like I'm watching a movie. I don't participate at all, just watch. Usually when this happens, I have no recollection of ever having seen the people before that are in the dream - that's the spooky part for me.These dreams quite often stick with me for days, but i"ve never thought of them as premonitions before.

They are premonition's.
I have had several dreams as such & they always come true.
It can be unnerving at times, but if you allow yourself to become comfortable with it, it can serve you well.

Therapy...lots of it! Actually, this happens a lot. You are not actually dreaming, you've been abducted by aliens. Those bastards got me twice last week alone
