It depends on what genre it is. For old school, it would have to be "Always and forever" by Heatwave. But for a more modern, I'd go with "Lovesong" ORIGINALLY by The Cure

"Chances Are" and "Twelfth of Never" by Johnny Mathis
This is going to gag you but I swear both are very romatic songs.
I am 32 now and when I was 16 I dated a guy who loved
Johnny Mathis and would play his records on his moms turntable.
I know... I know... say what you will...I am not a Johnny Mathis groupie or anything but I still get the chills whenever I happen to hear or think of those songs. By the way the guy I was dating was the cutest guy in the school! He was no "Napoleon Dynamite"
