after soaking your feet in warm sudsy water try using a callus reducer......you can find them in rite aid, walmart, and walgreens or what ever local pharmacy in the foot care section....they usually dont cost more that 5 dollars and worth every penny....
if you've never seen one, it looks like a hand held cheese grater, it has two sides, one for the hard work and the other to smooth out the rougher patches....
after that try using a pumice stone, i use one and have recommended it to all my girlfriends....especially in between pedicure visits

wet a cloth with white vinegar and put it on the callus over night. you'll be able to scrape the callus off in one to two days!

go to local beauty sulpy house or salon ask for a pumice bar or mr. pumice at sallys. aslso use salt on wet rag but doses not work as well as pumice
