actually , the reason is that it is never happening too quickly

the preasure is stable and the tempreture changes , if you will do that quickly enough it will blow the window but since you dont do that THAT fast , the window (wich also made out of mattirials unlike buttles that can get a relativly fast changes) just wont blow.

Good grief - because 20 degrees more heat does not generate enough pressure (if at all) to blow out windows.

because houses are not air tight........they are made to withstand temperature and humidity changes.
In areas where building codes require a house to be sealed tighter various types of vents are installed in outer walls and attic spaces that cannot be closed.
