Soak in a bath..Drink something that makes me tipsy and listen to some music..

Red wine and pure, organic chocolate, a foot soak and massage, warm blankets out of the dryer onto the bed, our cats, television, reading, watching my wife paint.

I try to avoid driving when really tense. I am an aggressive driver and like to go fast. Sometimes, because I work in the hospitality industry, I feel like punching a wall. Some of the staff I have worked with were simply put, useless and incompetent. I do not
want to get upset. Sometimes I will call Wilma or Jen for relief. Haven't been in touch with Ben lately.

Whatever you do, don't drink alcoholic beverages, because those are depressant. It's a vicious cycle. I personally go into a room where nobody can disturb me and listen to classical music, down a box of Gordiva chocolates and listen to my little water fountain. Then I think how fortunate I am and tomorrow is going to be a great day.

I have learned that I am in control of my feelings, and I wake up knowing I am going to have a great day, and not allow Negative, to control my day, come home to my Soul-mate, and just the way he hugs and kisses, me when we are together, I know I have a happy life...a glass of wine, and good sex is good too...lol

I try to surround myself with people or things that do not depress me. I also like to do a bit of a rant to let off steam to someone or write in my "journal" to let it out and let it go.

I listen to music, smoke, pray, write in my journal, go online, talk to my best friends, sleep, have a hot shower, go for a walk, go for a long drive around the city, try to figure out how i can make myself less depressed, drink coffee, watch movies...

I try to do anything to get my mind off the day.

You can also listen to ur fave music or do things u like. Just don't let your feelings ruin ur day. Smile and find positive things to do.

take a warm bath ,eat a little dont forget to add a banana and after that sit on a massage chair until you asleep.
