Is it safe?Is it to hot?Did your wife like it or even appreciate it?Did you just rub or you also give her belly a nice massage?Is there any side effects like skin burns etc??

Warm lotion is okay. A nice belly massage is great too. It helps release the yuckies left inside, and helps the uterus go back to it's normal size. Just talk to your wife about it and see what she thinks. She may not want to be touched, or she may really appreciate the contact. I know I would! ;)

How long after, I am sure not right after. After birth you don't want your belly touched it can still be sore. I don't think it would give a skin burn. But I would wait awhile until she heals up a bit more.

Anything that is applied to the skin should not EVER be hot enough to cause burns! Warm lotion is fine. Ask first, as she might be too sore.

Yes.. it can help rid the body of the access left inside.. and also its strange but your left with this abandonment feeling. You miss the baby's presence. so, it helps to get beyond that feeling.. and get touched.. not to mention its very relaxing.. go slow and gradual movements.. clock wise.. Can use coconut Oil
