We used to book on line for sevas through e-seva at www.tirumala.org but no they have suspended this site and it is coming as site under construction. So there is no way to book on line. If you are near Chennai or Hyderabad you can try for booking at TTD offices there. Do not get carried away by other suggestions given for your question.

If u plan early, ie more than 30days in advance u can send a DD to The Executive Officer, TTD, Tirumala. They will give u the acknowledgement of your room booking as well as darshan. Now a days u wont get online bookings since there is heavy rush. Go to the nearest TTD office in your city where there are online darshan counter. Depending upon ur travel plan u will be given the darshan timings. U can even book ur room there. One thing is all elders in the trip need to visit the office since they will take/scan the thumb impression. Visit http://www.tirumala.org/ for more info.

Asimbora has given good details. Well done Asimbora However, I would suggest you to reach Tirupati and go to Srinivasam Com plex just across the Bus Stand. There you can do bookings for darshan as well for accommodation.
