Put on her thong and bra and run around her room in circles quacking like a duck. It will totally take her mind off the fact that you were snooping in her room.

Say you JUST scared a bear out of her room! You heard the bear growling and opened the door to her room, and when you saw it you got scared. But you KNEW you had to protect your favorite sister's belongings so you charged the bear and chased it out the window (which it closed on it's way out.)

Put your clothes on over top of her things & boogey out of there.
Trust me, no matter what you do, she will know that you were in her room. May as well fess up to it & take the punishment she dishes out.
The worst thing that can happen, is she'll make you wear her clothes. You lucky devil.

if you have enough time to come on yahoo! answers and ask this question, and wait for the answers.... then I think you have enough time to put everything back and think twice about snooping again.
