A friend of mine saw them at a club and said that Jessica was a really sweet girl and a good tipper, but that Nick was treating Jessica like **** the whole night and had an additude problem. So there's your answer.

I love Jess. and all I can think is she married him young and as a virgin. Her career took off and she was the hottest woman on the planet while Nick was struggling. Also, they had their everyday lives shown to the public on MTV. Who else has survived that? Carmen and Dave??? Not! Shanna and Travis...Not! They had enough cameras outside their house after their first year of Newlyweds to make them crazy. Thanks to Dad Joe for pursuing more of it when they both didn't want to!! Jess. dumped Nick because they had no time to be themselves, courtesy of her father. I think that Jess knows that now. She's working to make the best out of it, it's hard for her, she's been with one guy her entire life so she's very guarded. Nick has found a refuge in Vanessa but I don't see it lasting much into the new year. I would love to see Jess get with somebody (anybody) and just let loose for a month or two.
Then, as I predict.... when Nick and Jess find each other again (without her father!) it will be great !

well, everyone is saying they are in "team nick" i'm neutral myself but if jess retaliates and puts her pretty face on a playboy mag, i will be sold.
