99.9% of knuckle sandwiches are absolutely NOT kosher. The knuckles must be cooked first, you see, so that no blood mixes between the victim and the knuckle. Some exceptions apply. For instance, if you are reading torah while giving the knuckle sandwich, it is kosher. If you have a kippah, tallis, and t'fillin on while administering the knuckle sandwich, it is kosher. If you are a rabbi, the knuckle sandwich is kosher.
