it depends on what you cosider as good n sincere.and also it depends on human prospective.. and varies from person to person... if someone cares for you too much then at times you end up thinkg he / she is overpowering , even though he is good n sincere.. you just have to observe what are the traits/ qualities that touches your heart ..and follow your insticts. remeber nobody is perfect and nobody is imperfect....

Well if it should be an absolute answer, I should go back to the absolute being, God who alone can give us the perfect definition of Good! Read book of proverbs in Bible, it describes righteous/upright man and woman very clearly... However you should remember that in flesh and blood nobody is perfect...
And judge yourself whether you are good or bad! And we have no right to judge others right or wrong...
