Do you mean UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup or UEFA Euro 2008? I am assuming you are referring to the Champions League matches.
The information you are looking for can likely be found on uefa.com, for example I found a draw and match calendar at http://www.uefa.com/competitions/ucl/FixturesResults/index.html. It doesn't list what teams are playing but using the standings table which is also on uefa.com, you should be able to figure out what you need.
