Why 5 permanent member can stop the best nominee who nominated by non permanent member? and where is the meaning of freedom vote.

The secretariat should rotate: Kim Jong iL on Mondays and Wednesdays, Mahmoud Ahmedinejad on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Hugo Chavez on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sunday it would be decided by rock-scissors-paper competition, best three out of five. How's that?

The UN should be dissolved or at least removed physically from the USA and restablished in Venezuela with Uncle Hugo picking up the Tab and the scoundrel "Mr". Anan should be replaced by a man who can be seen to readily "blush" when he lies and steals.
