First of all, this is a great question as it has brought tears to my eyes to define my answer. To Joseph, II & firedup: great answer you guys...
If I could be a Hero, I'd try to be who my Hero is... a Paramedic. The Paramedic that saves lives.
I won't be perfect, as when times calls, I will make mistakes too.
I won't wear a mask or come leaping on buildings, but I will save you.
With you I will cry and with you I will laugh.
When you call me I will come, don't worry.
I'll be in a burning house, reaching out to the child all alone, the flame crackling around me... a smell my Hero has become to familier with.
I will work for 24 hours straight and wake up again to work another.
You can tell me your secrets and I'll keep them safe.
I don't know you but I am here.
I want hands like my Hero, the hands that soothed my pain and comforted my soul.
With eyes that looked deep in me and read me so carefully, eyes that sparkled brightly true, I didn't know that tears were swelling.
If I could I'd be my Hero, I will hold your burdens and lift you steady.
Yes, he is real a stranger for you, I know too well. Just give him a call and he'll come for you... he'll try his best to save you.
However may lie and say you're all right, but remember he has seen too much. He loves you too and will die for you... and if you meet him... for me, please say thank-you.
My Hero is a Paramedic. I know in my heart that he was just doing his job but at the same time gave me much more then he will ever know. I never took the chance to thank him then and forever I will Honour him. I'm 16 and have a long way to go... I never saw him again but I guess he will always be my Hero.
Stay safe. - Maryam

I would be the innocent man convicted and sentenced to death. In this role, even though I am fighting to prove my innocence, I would still support the death penalty knowing that the most comprehensive study on the topic of criminal deterrence shows that an average of 14 innocent victims would have been saved from criminal acts by the prosecution of the death penalty. How is this different than sacrificing my life to save 14 others in a natural disaster? My goal would be to educate society on the necessity of the death penalty and other measures of deterrence using my position as the issue of liberal thought on judicial policy.

What a neat question... I think I'd want to be the "hero" of my own life. -To find out why I was here, where I was going, & what it was that I was ment to find. Destinies come in many forms. But if we believe in them & ourselves, then we each become the hero of our dreams. And in dreams, "why" is never the question- but to the dreamer, or hero- it's always, "why not?". -And from there the journey is answered as his destiny.

Mine would be more like "Achilles"....the greatest warrior to go to Troy knowing you were not gonna ever return home to accomplish his ultimate goal, for his name to last through the ages.

i myself have always wanted to be a leader. to have people see something special in me, that they can't see in other people. i'd want the power of conviction, i'd stand by my word, cause i'd know that other people supported it. but, now, i think i am a leader in some ways, because my son, and my daughter would be wanderin around if i wasn't there to lead them, so, i guess in a way, i have that "super-power" hey!maybe you just anwsered my question.
