It depends on what there is to eat! My brother bought a CASE or Mac & Cheese for his teen son. He ate all of it so he bought another and another! He's tall and skinny now.

I eat very little in the morning and afternoon, then normal meal at night, try not to snack.

anytime is a good time to eat but if i have to choose just 1 then it would be in the evening

i'm not a morning person either in conversation or tummy-wise.. but after 10 am then my tummy can accept solid food... so excluding the early morning - ALL DAY LONG!
