before you answer think about this.... do you have sisters, daughters, a mother, a wife?? How would you feel if Luster wasn't captured in Mexico by Dog and came back to the US and raped one of them?? Bounty Hunting is legal here in the US and they were not hunting one of Mexico's citizens but a US citizen who ran from the law, he was convicted of 86 out of 87 counts of rape.. do you know someone who has been raped? Do you know how this ruins thier lives? I do, I have been raped and I still can't get over it. But to put someone in prison for going and capturing a rapist?? Is the government really thinking about it, seriously?? He went to Mexico to capture someone who shouldn't have been there in the first place, who knows how many people Luster could have raped or did rape in Mexico while he was hiding. And don't forget Dog did have a police official with him, when he apprehended Luster. OKay how do you feel on this?? I want to know

When you are raped you are not able to be at ease until you know that that person is behind bars, unfortunately for me, the guy wasn't captured.. but Dog went and captured that disgusting SOB so all his victims could be at ease.

I beiieve DOG Chapman done the right thing! Mexico should set him free and his son and brother-in-law also! He has done nothing wrong. He got a manic off the streets, So that he could not rape or hurt anyone ever again.Thank GOD for DOG. I live in a small town and drugs here are bad even at School! I wish we had the DOG because we would all feel safe. We leave our house to go shopping we come back and we start thinking before we ever get home if someone has broken in our house.We are afraid to leave and that is a damn shame. I agree with you 100% my biggest fear as woman is being raped. I dont think he should have to do time for this he was only doing his job and trying to save his money on the bond he put out on Luster. I think the only reason there is such a big deal about this is because Luster is the Max Factor ere. I think that if Dog would have captured a normal Us citizen in mexico with no money or fame the US/Mexico would not have even thought about bringing charges against for bounty hunting in mexico. Thank God for Dog because i agree that luster could have raped numerous girl if dog would have followed the policies ad why isnt there any bad press on the official that was with him he was just as much apart of it as Dog????

I think dog did the right thing and in no way should be sent to mexico to face any kind of charges. He is not the monster, the guy he captured is a monster and now will never be able to hurt anyone ever again. Dog is a hero!

I agree I think the Dog should not be sent to Mexico. What he has done is something great for many people. Unfortunately, Mexico does not see it that way when it comes their laws.
I hope the attorney general will take the Dogs proposal and hopefully Mexico will dismiss the charges and settle the issue differently. We'll see what happens....hopefully good news.

i think something really stinks about this whole thing. i agree with you that dog did the right thing and went and got luster. but what really gets me is how long has the show dog the bounty hunter been on tv? does the Federal Marshalls office really want me to believe that after all this time they just now found him and arrested him on the warrant from mexico. they are trading dog for some reason

He did something wrong, and now he needs to pay for it.
I'm not saying that he isn't a great guy or has done amazing things.
If he doesn't go, he might as well be hunting himself. The criminals he chases do illegal things and run from it. How is he any different?
He DID do something illegal, and now he has to fess to up the charges.
Dog not going to jail isn't going to stop any more rapes. The dude was bad--yes. He deserved to be caught--yes. NO ONE is in debate about this!
However, if Dog refuses to go down, he is no better than Luster. He's running away from the law that he broke. In the end, it's not going to matter who raped whom or who illegally arrested whom. If you do something illegal, you're going to be jailed for it 9/10 times. Dog is a celebrity, but he is NOT above the law.

It was very stupid of him to go to Mexico without checking the country's laws. He should had informed the Mexican police that he knew where the rapist was. He broke the law, so he should pay. But, IMO, Mexico should be taking care of more important things than the kidnap of a rapist.

Honestly, I really don't care.
He did what he did and it was illigal in the eyes of the country he
did it in. My bestfriend was raped in her dorm room, rape is a
common thing among women and I don't believe you need to
committ a crime to catch a criminal.
