Please add details... A transsexual would have to be born a man & then have a surgical operation to become a woman.. & vice versa..... so do you mean something more along the lines of hermaphradite or homosexual????

I wouldn't put it too bluntly or forward. I'd probably make sure before telling her you know and that you would accept it. Just try to accept it anyhow, they aren't any different of a person if you find something like that out.
