My mom always thought that hair was a reflection of inner health. You may want to check out the site www.hufa.org to get information about blood sugar imbalances and yeast syndrome. Either may account for hair problems.

We introduce ourselves as a Wellness Nutrition Organization. We are dedicated to
providing you with the impartial information about Diet and Nutrition which is the
new concept in Indian Health Industries. Every human being is the author of his
own Health and Disease. The concept of total wellness recognizes that our every
thought, word and behavior affects our greater health and well being. And we,
in turn are affected not only emotionally but also physically and spiritually.
New science comes out every day telling the public information contradicting
what they have been told for years about nutrition. Who knows what to believe
any more? We've found that there's one thing for sure. Man can't reproduce
nature better than nature can.
Our wellness program is not just a good diet or positive thinking but a unique
concept, which encompasses nourishing food, inculcating a positive mindset and
physical well being. Being a holistic and broad based concept it is very
challenging to implement the wellness Nutrition program. Our organization has
taken an initiate towards launching a total well being concept for our clients.
It is the awareness followed by the choice that determines the degree of
wellness.
We request you to give us an appointment opportunity at your convenience so that
we can share concepts on WELLNESS NUTRITION PROGRAMME which is totally diet based program for your health.

Just to point out that everything that you put into your body shows through your hair, this is way older ladies have frizzy hair to many perms mixed with to much medication. Try a body cleaning treatment from a heath food store, plus use a supplement with a herb called horsetail. this works great. another fast thing is wash your hair with sunlight soap this will remove any build up on your hair, followed by a deep conditioning treatment but instead of leaving it in your hair for 3 mins, leave it in for 1 hour with a plastic cap on. Then heat it up with the sunlight or use a hair drier. this works great. wash and style. Your will feel soft and silky.

Rather than heaping a whole bunch of chemical products on your hair that are expensive and don't really make any long-term changes, or going for one of those INSANELY EXPENSIVE "hair analyses," I'd try changing my diet first. For instance, do you drink enough water? Do you get enough "good" fats? (I mean, not saturated fats or animal fats, but unsaturated oils such as sunflower, safflower, olive, grapeseed, etc.?) Do you generally take in enough vitamins, minerals, and proteins by eating a varied diet of mostly fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and whole grains? Do you make sure that no more than 10 to 20 percent of your daily caloric intake comes from fat? I'm not some kind of nutritionist or doctor or hairdresser ... these are just the first things that come to mind.
The only other suggestion I can think of is to do as little styling and abuse to your hair as possible for awhile - no hairdryers, harsh sprays, curling irons, perms, etc. Those things are all murder on hair!
Good luck...

Hydrate-drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. There are some vitamins specially formulated for healthy skin, hair and nails-make sure it contains Biotin.

yes you need to get a jar of colestreal ,wash you hair and put the colesteral in your hair and wrap it with hot towels f or about 10 minutes, then rinse out ,no need to shampoo again.you can now purchase colesterol at walmart i think ,but i know Sally,s beauty supply has it.It will give your hair strength, add body, and give your hair life. You need to do this at least once a week and after a few times you will notice the differance.By the way I am a cosmetologist thats how I know...Trust me

My hai was dry and weak too. then I got another hai, and they played and played. They rubbed off on each other, and now they are both shining and strong. Hai's need company. If you don't have company for your hai, get another hai, or at least a cha for it to sleep in.

Take a look at your diet. You might not be getting the vitamins you need. It could be your styling products, too, or you use too much in the way of heat-styling items, like dryers and flat-irons.
