measure tightly around your body, just below your bust, resting the tape measure on the lower band of your bra. make sure the tape measure is straight, in front and back. Add 5 to this measurement, this is your band size(the number)

loosely measure around the fullest part of your bust, and make sure the measuring tape is straight. each inch of difference equals one cup size.

if the difference is ...1" 2" 3" 4"
---------------------------------------------
your cup size is ...... A . B. C. D

(sorry for all the little dots, it wouldn't line up without them)

1) First measure around your upper rib cage. This is the area directly above the breasts and under the armpits. Make sure the tape measure is even all the way round and you pull it firmly, but not too tight. If it is an odd number, round this measurement up or down to the nearest even number. Take a note of this measurement as it will be your band size (i.e. the 34 in 34B)

2) Now measure around the fullest part of the breasts, across the nipples. Make sure the tape measure is evne all the way round and the tape measure should not be pulled tight. Take a note of this measurement, as you will need this to find your cup size.

3) Now find the difference in inches between your band size (step 1) and your bust measurement (step 2). This will determine your cup size.

0 inch difference = AA cup
1 inch difference = A cup
2 inch difference = B cup
3 inch difference = C cup
4 inch difference = D cup
5 inch difference = DD cup (E cup)

So now you should have your band size and your cup size.

For example, if you measured 34 inches around your upper rib cage and 38 inches for your bust measurement, then you would be a 34D. This is because the band size would be 34 inches and the difference between the band size and bust measurement is 4 inches making you a D cup.

If your upper rib cage measurement was 32 and your bust measurement was 35, you would be a 32C.

First get a measuring tape and measure all the way around your ribcage and back, just below your breasts. Then measure all the way around the fullest part of your breasts and back. Subtract the first measurement from the second (example: around breasts 36 inches minus around ribcage 34 inches equals 2 inches). For every inch your breast measurement is bigger than your ribcage measurment, thats a cup size. So in my example the size would be 34 (ribcage measurement) B. Different styles and brands of bras will fit you differently. Once you know figure out your measurements pick out a bunch and try them on before you buy.

occasion: first length is 29 inches – that’s a wierd quantity, so which you upload 5 and the bra length is as a result 34 inches. The 2d (finished bust) length is 37 inches, as a result the sum is 37-34, which factors a difference of three inches. this would be a D cup. 3. you may desire to bear in strategies in spite of the undeniable fact that, that one and all manufacturers do not make their products in a similar way, as a result you desire to to objective on the bra earlier you purchase, as you may desire to locate your length varies somewhat from shop to shop. 4. A right installation bra shouldn't dig into your physique, if it quite is the case attempt occurring a length eg. 36 inches to 34 inches. in addition if the bra rides up on the lower back. If there are any bulges over or on the component of the bra, it quite is likey that your cup length is only too small, so attempt the subsequent one up. 5. A nicely installation bra is corporation yet would not make pink marks on your shoulders or ribcage, and your breasts shouldn't bulge over the cups yet be easily enclosed.

Measure the area right under your waist; if it's 36 inches, that's the number size of your bra. Then measure you biggest bust line, count every even number as a letter starting after 36 for the cup size: 37 (A) 38(B) 39(C) 40(D).

First you measure just under your boobs so say its 32 thats the number part now measure around the largest part like from nipple around the back to they same nipple ...say its 36...... the way you figure out the letter part is the diffrence between the fist number and the second..36-32=4 so 1-A 2-B 3-C 4-D and so on so it would be ...32D
