if i am working somewhere and i ll get good chance in other company.i ll go for interview overthere and they ll ask me this question,"Why you want to left your first job"? what ll be my answer at the time.

It is all ways better to be straight forward in the interviews.
Suppose if the wages are better than your old company there is nothing wrong in telling the same .
99% of interviewers appreciate straight forward answers.
Bluffing your way during interviews is always dangerous
At a later stage if it is found out that you have bluffed on certain issues the consequences are far more serious and you tend to loose more than what you have bargained

For Better Prospects and also tell about which u went for interview by stating that for Eg: " I heard that ur company is good & giving good scope to work for upcoming candidates"
