Contact the State Attorney General's Office. It's Listed in the Phone Book. Then, Contact the better business bureau Then try http://www.badbusinessbureau and find out if any other Complaints have been Registered against this Resolution Company, and what Steps You can take to register a Complaint. Next, Consider Posting a "Letter to the Editor" in a Prominent Local Newspaper. Also, contact the Local TV News Stations, and find out if they would be interested in Assisting You with Your Issue, similar to what We have in North Carolina known as "The Eyewitness News Troubleshooter". They really like Stories like Yours. It makes for good Ratings, when Reporters Contact Wrongdoers, then give a Follow-Up on how They Solved the Problem . The best part of all of this is that it won't cost You any Money. Just a lot of Time and Hassle.Once it's resolved, then You might get compensated for Your Time. hope this helps !

Talk to some attorneys of your own. Call your local ACLU chapter (they don't handle this kind of stuff) and ask if they could refer you to someone who does.

Good luck.

Edit: It's spelled "sarcasm"

So... you're looking for a refund? (Sorry, I couldn't help myself.)

Sarcasm - just another service offered at no additional charge.
