do anyone know of any good colon cleansers?

I am a 24 year old female and i want to if anyone know of any good colon cleansers only reply if you have used one. no silly remarks

here is the thing i have 9 days left to do research on colon cancer i don't need remarks just products name if they worked or not would you use it again i can easily google it myself but i need other peoples opinion not people referring me to doctors and wanting to know why and all this other stuff just to earn points.i am really working hard on my paper and i would like to have opinions and products knowledge from current or past users

You can go to places that have organic food and other things for your body. They also have colon cleansers that you can do right there. I forgot what they call it but I have a son that is an Organic nut and he goes there for his cleansing; that gets rid of the residue that attaches to the colon, that you can not eliminate.

why exactly do you want to "clean" your colon? i'm a gastroenterology physician assistant and we don't really recommend that to our patients. however, if you insist, you could use 1/2 cup lemon juice mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil. this won't be hard on your electrolytes but it will give you diarrhea for a while. go-lytely is also a laxative that isn't very hard on your body. i don't recommend using anything like fleets enema or laxative, as it can have a significant effect on your kidney function.

this is no silly remark, most medical people do not recommend "colon cleansing" by any other method then naturally, by eating food high in fiber. as long as you are having regular bowel movements and eating bran cereals, leafy vegetables and fruits like apples, your colon will get a daily cleansing... check it out on google, or with your doctor....good luck
