it is said to have chair form and boat form, and they are strain free and torsion free, so can anyone explain me what is torsion free.

Twisting.

Strain is in reference to bending or pushing or pulling along the axis of the bond (linear stress). Torsion is in reference to twisting about the axis of the bonds (rotational stress).

Since "strain" is the side-to-side stress and "torsion" is rotational stress, consider these examples.

A bottle top can survive a lot more strain than (counter-clockwise) torsion since you can't push it straight off the side, but can easily twist it off.

Dropping your CPU on your little toe would not place any torsion on your toe, but could place significant strain on it.

Cyclohexane is not being twisted or pushed so is torsion-free and strain-free.
