Of course it can happen!
Although this level of arrousal often is associated with younger guys; those who are beginning to experience sexual situations, etc... I can happen that "groping" can lead to involuntary erection spasms, ulitimatly resulting in an orgasm.
When the male's penis is so aroused, it can begin to "quiver" (of sorts) ; this is natural. If the level of intensity keeps growing, then it is also possible that orgasm is reached with a minimum of friction.
The first times I would do hard necking with my now wife back in the day, I remember almost reaching orgasm with her since I was so incredibly turned on! These days, although she still turns me on to the point that my tool can indeed quiver with anticipation of what's to come, I don't reach climax unless some form of "direct" stimulation is applied.
Cheers!

Well, I "pulse" a little. The pulses reflect voluntary or involuntary movements of the muscles in the pubic area. If you can see/feel the pulses easily, then you must be doing something right because they are difficult to see when the penis is not erect. The reason they are noticable is because the muscles compress the penis a bit and force blood into it. All you can really tell for certain about his level of arousal from seeing the pulses is that he is erect.
The pulses do not necessarily reflect orgasm however. A good analogy would be breathing. You can make yourself breathe in various patterns, with deep breaths and shallow breaths. That would be like voluntary contractions of those muscles in the groin. When you are suffocating, you have an urge to breathe because it feels better to breathe than not to breathe. That is like when a man is approaching orgasm; the pulses feel almost too good to suppress. When a man orgasms, the pulses come at about 0.8 second intervals, or so I've read. He will usually ejaculate at that point. But he may voluntarily contract those muscles at any time before or after he orgasms.
I hope that clears things up for you. Good night!

It all depends. If you haven't had any intimate contact in a while and you're relatively young and have a strong libido...it's very possible to climax/orgasm just by making out and having maybe a slight amount of pressure applied "down there." But this is rare if you are engaging in any sort of intimate behavior on a regular basis. Usually making out will help with arousal, but it will take more than that for climax/orgasm. Hope this helps!

That "point" is actually REACHED at a different point in the arousal with different men, as I'm sure you women REACH your *arousal-point* at different levels of arousal.
I'm sorry for providing such a BLAH-seh (sp?) answer, but this is the consensus I note while discussing *this issue* with my Gentlemen colleagues "in the locker room."

Yeah there's a point when you start getting out of control and your hips start doing their own thing. Pulsing yes but it sounds wierd when you phrase it like that.

It starts pulsing because it wants to be stuffed between you sugar lips but an orgasm doesn't occur until it is safely pounding your snatch.
