George W. Bush, I dont think even Hilter garnered as much hate as he has.
However since hate is not a rational emotion and the majority of the people that hate him dont really know why they do, only that someone in authority told them they do, I dont believe President Bush has actually earned this level of hate.

Osama Bin Ladin now but I don't think anyone would have liked to cross paths with Hitler back in the days either.

It depends on who you're asking. Some people would say George Bush. Others would say Bin Laden. Still...you might have a couple of people say their ex-boyfriend.

I think it would be G.W. Bush at this stage.

Second place might be Hitler, but then again there have been so many through out history, but those are the most current.
