There is the medicine Proactive, which you have to follow the steps correctly and never stop using. The way I get rid of them and prevent them from coming back is: Popping my pimples if the white haeds are showing (not before) pop the black heads, washing my face with soap in circular motion, rinse, and clean with a little bet of alcohol on cotton balls at least once a month. Using the alcohol will show you how much dirt and filth you actually have on your face. You do not want to use the alcohol too often though, because it can cause your face to dry out and you need your natural oils. Trust me this does work!

I think you should go to a a dermatologist and tell them about your problem and how serious it is so they can subscribe a fast acting acne treatment. If u don't want to spend so much money then just go and get something from Neutragena or some other trusty over the counter acne stuff. If u wanna shell out $40 though go get Proactive, I've been using it for 2 weeks and my face is almost completely cleared and its not red no more!!!!^___^(and no i am not advertising!!!)

Dial soap is great at removing bacteria, so if you wash your face with it. It would get rid of acne, ect.
